Fine hotel restaurant with Saarland regional cuisine
Gourmets and connoisseurs will be happy in the "L'Orangerie" hotel restaurant: the seasonal menu features for example rump steak from Angus cattle in Cognac creamy pepper sauce, "Saarbrigger Grumbeersupp'" (potato soup) with strips of salmon and Alsation "Flammkuchen" (tarte flambée) with bacon. You should also definitely try the Saarland dumplings "Hoorische und Leberknöpp" traditionally served with sauerkraut and bacon sauce.
